Perform the classic 3-step Kastle-Meyer test for blood using the premixed solutions in this convenient kit. In the test's final step, the sample is treated with hydrogen peroxide, which reacts with haemoglobin and phenolphthalein to produce a bright pink colour. The test detects both human and animal blood. Enough reagents for approximately 6 tests per kit are included.
