Payment Profiles.
Payments may be annual, quarterly or monthly depending upon requirements. Annual is the most commonplace option.
Independents may have termly rental profiles.

What is included in the agreement?
The lease can cover a wide range of equipment PLUS installation, peripherals, delivery, and training. 15-20% Soft costs may also be included. This is for equipment or materials that is not normally included in a lease.
Can I defer the first payment?
Rentals can be deferred for up to six months depending upon the equipment and type of lease. If the school wants a longer deferral speak to Axis.
What happens at the end of the lease?
Title of the assets will be transferred for a nominal sum. This is normally not exceeding £250 plus VAT. If it is an Operating Lease the equipment can be either returned or retained depending upon the schools wishes.
Are the rentals fixed or variable?
All the rentals are fixed for the duration of the contract.
Can Multi Academy Trusts negotiate one cost and roll it out to its member schools, irrespective of size of the contracts?
Yes. The MAT can achieve economies of scale and the rates can help for the smallest primaries within the group. Also, it means that the terms of the lease have been approved centrally which makes it more effective for larger roll outs of assets.
Is the lease agreement a true operating lease or finance lease?
Both compliant lease options are available to customers. The main lease to be offered by Findel/Siemens is a Finance Lease.
Can payments be made by invoice?
Yes. Please tell us before signing contracts if you want to pay by invoice.
