The ABO typing of blood left at the scene of a crime can help to narrow down a list of suspects.
Using this Blood Typing Kit, your students will use agglutination to identify the blood group of unknown blood samples as a step to identify a criminal.
The kit contains enough materials for 10 lab groups.

- Control ABO simulated blood samples
- Unknown simulated blood samples
- Anti-A & Anti-B serums
- Red dye concentrate
- Transfer pipettes
- Microtiter plates
The following additional materials or equipment are required:
- Micropipette 50uL (PP052973AC)
- An excellent introduction to ABO Blood Typing and its use in solving crime.
- Could be used as part of a mock crime scene project for an extracurricular club.
