Accessing the homepage
The homepage is accessible with a single click from anywhere on the site. If the menu bar is visible, click on Home. If you are in Checkout or My Account, click on Continue Shopping
Searching
Search the entire website by choosing one or more words that describe the Product or service. Enter them on the search bar located at the top right hand side of the Home page. The website will search catalogue names and descriptions for the items that match the words you have entered. You can search for either full product names such as "Blue ballpoint pens" or use a
keyword such as "Pens".
Shopping Basket and Menu Bar
At the top of your screen you'll see a shopping trolley icon. If the Shopping Basket is not empty (if it holds more than 0 items), you can click on this to go to the shopping basket to check its contents. View the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time. You will continue to have access to the browse menu while doing so.
Once accessed via the menu bar or by clicking on the shopping trolley icon, the Shopping Basket lets you update quantities, remove unwanted items (or remove all items) and proceed to Checkout.
Checkout
If your delivery and invoice addresses are the same, there are just three steps in placing an order.
Use Add Address to set up as many delivery and invoice addresses as you like. If you want to change or remove an existing address, click on the Edit Address link on the right-hand side.
